Hello friends/Ciao Zämme,

Well, I made it to Vancouver. Took me a few years to follow up on the idea, but I'm here now. After a chaotic initial chapter in this city (and some moments pining for the cobblestones of my beloved Basel), I am now starting to put the pieces together.

My minidisk recorder broke on the flight over, forcing me into newer technologies for catching the 2am muses (yes, they live in Canada too). To make do in between, I filled my answering machine with the seeds of new songs (apologies, to anyone who couldn't leave messages).

I look forward to recording what have long lived on stages and in living rooms.

Swissies: Next time I'm in CH, I'll hope to have something for you to take home.
